You do not necessarily have to be dependent because of dopamine stimulation. Placebo effect, which can be a strong dopamine stimulator, can contribute to psychological dependence on Tylenol.
Also, use of any narcotic plays havoc on the liver because the liver has to filter it first. Prescription medication is actually measured not by the dosage you take, but by the actual amount that passes through your liver into your bloodstream. That 4g of medicine you're taking? It's probably closer to 6 or 7g.
Next, Alanine-aminotransferase (ALT) is an enzyme indicative of damaged hepatic cells. This means that if ALT is released when people take 4g or more of Tylenol, you are killing your liver. Given that your liver is going to regenerate anyway, killing a few cells every now and then probably won't give you cirrhosis.
That's if Tylenol was the only thing you were putting in your system. It does not take into account drinking habits or other medications. Sure, you can get "addicted" to Tylenol, the same way you can also get "addicted" to sex, exercise, and reality TV shows. Which is why it's bullshit to say the Tylenol is addicting, because there is nothing inherent in the drug itself that causes a physical dependence. If you want to declare that taking Tylenol is potentially addictive, then you damn well better mention that, oh yeah, so is just about every other human behavior that reduces stress/causes pleasure/eases pain.

There's no high probability for dependence on the drug if the drug does not cause physical dependence. As said I said before, the likelihood for her to become psychologically addicted to the drug has everything to do with the individual and nothing to do with Tylenol.

You're such a laughable fucking idiot sometimes I can't help myself. I didn't say Tylenol was addictive, nor did I say that everything can be addictive. Developing an addiction is not the same thing as something having inherently addictive properties.

And yes, you can develop a psychological addiction to anything. Even sugar pills, which, while they are not inherently addictive can give you a sense of ease if you make a psychological connection between "pill I think is doing something" and "hey I do feel better it was all in my head".
