Tax deduction question

I just bought a used 2003 Chevy Monte Carlo ss for 8k. and was wondering if i could use this on my 2009 taxes? i dont know much about taxes i usually just go to one of those places that files for me instead of spending hours filling out papers. it would be awesome if i can turn this in on my taxes but i dont know if i can. any help would be appreciated.

Turbo Tax has all your answers. And you can torrent a free copy of it and it still works fine.

Yeah even the online copy of turbo tax is works really well id try that. I already get my direct deposit next week.

Depends on when it was purchased on how it is used me thinks. Is it used for your business?

From what I remember, you can either do itemized deductions or take a standard deduction. TurboTax compares the two for you, but unless you have like 2 kids, a legit mortgage, 2 cars, charitable donations, etc., the standard deduction will typically be better.

Again, I'm not a tax guru but this is what I remember.
