WTF am I dealing with here?

This pops up every time I start up my PC, I was thinking it was some type of trojan or virus but adaware/spybot/avg has returned nothing. So i'm at a complete loss at what this "bin" is..... and a trying to look it up, just gives me information on smartassembly program which is no help to me.

Have you used a keygen recently? It was suggested in one of those threads that perhaps someone coded a keygen or some piece of malware using a trial version of smartassembly.

Try MalwareBytes and/or ComboFix.

its obviously something that runs when you boot, so we can narrow it down to that download process explorer from microsoft: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/s.../bb896653.aspx and run it the next time you boot and see that screen, find what the exe is called, right click and goto properties, and it will show you the directory the exe is in so you can tell what you need to remove/delete

If you're sure it's not something you want or need you can also try Revo Uninstaller's "hunter mode" and you can possibly remove it that way as well.
