Played with Tig in Armada. She was a very nice and helpful person. She also will voice her opinion. She played fine as WHM and she plays BRD well also.
When I played with her she always wanted to come BRD because she LIKED the job. So imo that's great because most people hate playing BRD.

anyways. Tig has heart. She tries and does whatever leaders tell her to do [in terms of events - I have no experience with her in a leveling pt]. Sometimes suffers from lack of focus but was willing to make the effort to learn and adapt. As Electro said, she preferred to play on BRD, which is fantastic...
