is anyone Linkshell bank got banned for RMT?

so basically our LS bank got banned, and once we contacted POL we have been told that its related to RMT activities.
we recently added new bonuses in our system to give away gil every month for all members depending on their activity, so I am wondering if anyone that does the same and had their LS bank banned? that's the only assumption that might be valid since the customer service said it was automated ban, and have filed a complaint for us.

I have had 2 different mules over the past 6ish months that were holding the bank for my LS. One was 75, one was lvl1. Neither got touched. I am wondering what got you flagged. Cause having like 15 mil on a Bank mule that gets banned would suck.

The funny thing is it would take them 2 minutes to check that every single person it gave gil to was part of the same ls, but they won't do it.

nothing from above, if there was anything shady behind the situation I wouldn't have posted. the bank had about 200 mil and speed belt, some AV items and other stuff that worth another 100mil.

the funny thing is , the character name is " BBQbank" , the LS name " BBQ" , all the money sent from bank was 99% to LS members under BBQ LS, if the task force would haven taken 1min and brought a 9 year old kid, he would figure out it wasn't RMT related.

if no one got effected by this just consider it as a warning not to send gil from your bank on frequent basis.

this has been posted several times (ls bank allegedly getting task force'd) if you get banned you deserve it, the person who held the bank probably isn't telling the whole story

I am going to put my money on one of your LS members. I bet one bought gil, got bagged, and during the "investigation" they saw that your bank mule gave this person chunks of gil. I dont think they usually ban buyers, just sellers.

My bank mule would trade in and out about 200 to 400 mil a month, depending on how well things were going and it never got touched. My money is on the person not telling the full story.

Bank a real mule on someone's account? They got nailed for something stupid on their main.

Bank a seperate account mule? Either their main is going to get banned within a week for being on the same credit card, or they're walking away with a nice chunk of gil and the wool pulled over your eyes.

Probably transfered all the gil to another account then went ahead and got the bank account banned for something on purpose walking away with all the gil and the ls members blaming SE.

I can only laugh at this knowing the history of the people involved. I've moved hundreds of millions of gil off our bank when we were still active and never got flagged or banned. I even tested the moving of gil other ways just to see if I'd get flagged for it, nothing. There's more to the story here I'm sure, but I'm not sure whose account the bank was attached too.

It would actually be a brilliant idea to RMT the bank and then report it as RMT. It genuinely was a case of RMT, so you know the account will never be unbanned, and you can always blame SE's poor customer service and general unwillingness to actually do work for your LS never recovering the bank.

If you think about it, SE's heavy-handed RMT policies really protect the RMT-er in this case.

Well, I know someone who won the mog bonanza and kept it on a mule, then very soon after he won, his mule got banned for RMT activity because of "unusual amounts of gil" being frequently traded.

Weather or not this LS Bank mule got flagged for the same stupidity or if the LS got jacked, will probably only be known by the OP.
