He still touched kids. Fuck his rights. Cry more etc... He broke the rules of his probation. Simple case of a fucked up sense of risk vs. reward. Him serving his time was all the more reason for him to keep his nose clean.

Zero Cool went without a computer for like 10 years. If he can do it, so can the child molester.
Considering how many pedophiles find their victims online, it's a perfectly reasonable expectation for probation.
Anyone defending youtube as a means to returning to a normal life get a grip.
"he did his time and was released". He was released with conditions and blew it. Chances are good he'd be doing another kid within a year if not caught for this.
creepy looking old guy, even scarier that the video is pretty woman.
i doubt many of you even read most of my gen.discussion posts (they're usually if not universally about beer or leftist sword-waving, the better ones about the former), but i'll chime in to sort of underscore what a lot of people have said. myself, i'm a rampaging leftist anarchist, and am no great fan of the US legal system, censorship of any sort, etc. however, sending this guy back to jail for parole violation is not an outrage at all. he did his time, sure, but cops are right not to fuck around with parole violation for sex offenders.
this isn't even a case of prisoners'/criminals' rights or excessive punishment, etc. surely the guy knew what was and was not in violation of his parole. if he didn't want to be bound by strict things like said parole, maybe he shouldn't have molested a child. this repetitive post brought to you by "even people like me who are outraged at the drop of the hat are not outraged at this."
no i dont think you read right.
he is a former child molester, kinda like a former murderer
Wow it really seems like people don't understand the concept of probation. Probation is really simple, you are not done with your time but you are let out early on good behavior on the contingency that you follow strict set of rules. If you don't follow the rules your probation is revoked and you are back where you began.
Edit: I understand he was back on probation due to not notifying anyone of when he moved but the point still stands that if you are on probation it means they decided to not send you to jail but just restrict your actions and watch you more closely because you did something wrong. If you break the rules of probation there is a punishment for it.
The discussion ended for me on page 1, I merely made a comment regarding child molestors in general, I'm sorry if that wasn't clear enough.
I accepted the general opinion and stayed with my own, blaming it on different opinions regarding the treatment of child molestors, simple as that, mainly because there's nothing I can do about that. Nothing I can say would suddenly change anyone's opinion and I'd hate to take this discussion too far since the topic is rather delicate, especially since the lack of children of my own makes it hard to understand the feelings of someone who has to worry about their children being molested.
I have an idea why people would choose not to forgive a child molestor, but since I have yet to experience parental feelings from the non-receiving end, I choose to keep my opinion that I'll forgive anyone who actually tries to make up for his crimes.
Some people think that the 5-year imprisonment is justified since he violated his probation, I understand that, it's the law. Being a bit more of the forgiving type I thought that it was far too harsh considering he actually changed for the better, but what am I going to do? Throw random insults at people? We live by the values the media and our peers impose upon us, some more than others.
Obviously most of the people here have other values, causing them to have other opinions concerning the treatment of child-molestors, but I can argue all I want, no one's values are going to change.
Accepting those opinions is essential if you ask me, I do not intend to take an intolerant stance towards anyone here.
That's everything, I'm sorry if I annoyed you for whatever reason since you do not really seem to be fond of me.
You're right. We should all become more tolerant of child molesters.
none of what you wrote made any sense lol
not to mention you are white knighting child touchers
and the pussification of america continues
hmm..... thread should be changed to
"Child molester goes back to prison by not following rules"
Came here looking for some type of weird arrest.... like the teenagers getting arrested for child porn by texting naked pictures of themselves to friends
How about "Child Molester is forced to serve remainer of sentence behind bars instead of on probation for not following probation rules".
It's not like he got an extra 5 years of punishment - his failure to follow the rules just shifted where such punishment occurs, which is the fucking point of probation.
“Nobody ever did, or ever will, escape the consequences of his choices.”
“Our lives are a sum total of the choices we have made.”
“One's philosophy is not best expressed in words; it is expressed in the choices one makes ... and the choices we make are ultimately our responsibility.”
....Seems I'm in quote mode today, but yeah, he knew the stakes of the game, and he chose to break the rules. Can't say I pity the guy one bit.
