Well, they haggled a pretty solid agreement with AT&T for it though lol. That's pretty cool.

I seen they announced 3G. So it's AT&T's network? I have an iphone, and I have 3G, but I realize a lot of people don't. Why would you do something that fucking stupid when AT&T already complains?
Wait, what was the argument? I'm reading a blog, so I'm not getting all the info.
They have it set up through AT&T, but it's no contract pre-paid. Also said it's unlocked so if your carrier uses micro-sim you can pop a card in.
Not bad with the pricing scheme:
Jason Chen:
And the 3G models cost an extra $130, so $629, $729 and $829 for the 3G-capable models.

Jason Chen:
Then there’s 32GB for $599 and 64GB for $699. These are for the Wi-Fi only version.
'Unlimited' with a 5GB cap for 29.99, and 250MB plan for 14.99?
This thing is just fucking fail all around. And lol at AT&T again.
So, can I pop in my AT&T sim from my iphone and use that data instead of paying an extra $30 a month?
you could get the Wi-Fi version and get a verizon my-fi(whatever it's called)

and as far as Apple stock dropping, WallStreet is retarded and every single Apple product announcement has seen an Apple stock drop, every Apple quarterly report where Apple reports beating expectations and breaking records sees a stock drop.
lol@the keyboard dock.
It's basically a game console that focuses on the other stuff. You have prepackaged Apps that cover basic computing needs and entertainment, simplified controls, preset data plans, and so on. To a point, it's exactly the kind of end-user experience Apple pushes for the home already with their first-party apps. Only one that they completely control software installations on via the App Store as well (well, until someone hacks it).
Or, again, it's a netbook. Apple style.

Steve says the iPad is “our most advanced technology in a magical & revolutionary device at an unbelievable price.”
lol
To be fair, twice that of its competitors is a pretty unbelievable price.
Did I miss something or did they devote the whole 1:30m to the iPad? No upgrades on the Macbook Pro's or anything?
