Member motivation in "Leader gets all" LS

There's nothing wrong with the leader benefitting most. The leader benefitting by such a large margin more for similar amounts of effort is a problem though.



If everyone in a shell is capable of getting a relic, sure. If some people don't have the time/drive/whatever, they're getting 0 benefit from the gil going to the relic system. A completely even split proportional to events attended is always going to be fair, and if the people aren't getting so much more than they deserve they should be fine to finish anyway.

Why are you ignoring my post? It's unfair to divide loot in a manner that doesn't represent the effort put in by the individual. It is entirely possible (and not that unlikely) for a system to allow this, and be sure the person in question doesn't get a bunch of other items.

Oh I wasn't aware that I stole the Novio and Gaiters that I earned after I worked for about a year and half for them and those were the only two things I got. Gil Splits in Osiris were non-existant btw so I don't know where you came up with that; I think we got them once in that time that I was in the shell. And really it's laughable when you try to talk about me for RMTing 3 years ago when you've done the same with your char. much more recently.

Not really, my LS is gone and I have no desire to lead anything. I simply feel bad for people in his LS because he treats you all like shit, is condescending to you, uses you for relics, and you all take it cause the gilsplits are good. I don't give two shits about my e-peen, look bad to you? who cares, I sure don't. Most of these people don't care either.

By the way, when you got your A.body Burne, it was supposed to be mine. But I was going to pass to Briga, who was next. She passed for you, so I let you have it.
