Member motivation in "Leader gets all" LS

Sponsoring is unfair, you're paying 500k to get 4-5m and giving members nothing. Having your shell pay for the lion's share of your currency is unfair. Requiring members to get half to recieve the other half is retarded(you got 3 half relics free, why not take one half relic free and pay for another member's relic). You designed the system to benefit yourself. If every member in the shell had half and wanted it finished, the bank would not be able to afford it.

Now, that last judgment you made really is jumping to conclusions without knowing me. People in my linkshell know what I've done for it so they won't disagree that I've deserve what I get. By the way, I did Aegis without the last stage paid for so it's 2, not 3. I'd be truly happy to have a shell full of relics and your theoretical situation would never occur because people would finish at different times and I have thought about adjusting the relic system to have a little more balance even before this shitstorm, but we could never find a good method everyone liked (We = Sacks) so it's remained untouched for the moment but Exc takes some points for it correct? I think I may adapt that policy soon to make things a little more fair (We've always tried to adjust things that haven't worked when we've needed to). About the possibility of what you said happening with so many people finishing at the same time, it's unrealistic because I know who is working on relics and I would make sure things would work out even if I had to sacrifice gil from my own pocket.

Not only that, but when we do gil splits, you always see that the vast majority of people earn mid 200 points, with a few in the 400-600 range and then a couple get around 1400. Here's the gil split from December to see what I mean:

Izo's a RDM and BLM only, lol. He recently leveled THF and has started on Mandau, which is why I've started buying bynes. Arcaneo has ~24k Alex towards Nirvana (Another one of the loans I've given out) Aara has been in the shell probably ~4-5 months and gotten that high on points and already got an A. Body + Gaiters; she's also working on her WHM mythic.

By trying to give people the wrong idea about Dio, you've already involved me. I am not his GF. I am however a good friend of his.

Here's a random but relevant, and true story. I haven't been in Pers for long. Maybe only 6 months now? Not quite sure. Possibly a little less. My second month here I was prorated for a gil split because I worked hard. In that time I accidentally CFH'd our attempt at Vrtra. I was trying to help. Things were going downhill because the main alli got hate on one of Vrtra's summons. So I decided I would help, because the person who was in charge of fixing that was tied up. So I CFH'd the skele while in main alli. Noob, I know.

I had just left from Zenmetsu, who had a bad reputation. Because of that and the very stupid mistake I had made, I assumed I was a goner.

You would think I would have been kicked because I cost Dio a small amount of gil that he could have RMT'd or put into a relic.

Few months later, I'm still one of the most dedicated members. Only, not just a member any more. But a sackholder.

I've done my fair share of doing stupid stuff that could have easily cost Dio gil that he could RMT or put into a relic. And I've felt bad about it. But he himself told me not to worry about it. He himself comforted me even though I cost him his "stage 4 relic bow".

He calls me out when I do stupid stuff, too. Just like he does with everyone else. Except I don't argue about it. I know when I've done stupid things and I try not to do them again. Like he said, it will look and feel condescending if you make it that way. He also admits when he's done some not so bright things. Or when he's been in the wrong.

He's as strict as any leader needs to be to run a successful, fair linkshell. Which is what Perseverance is.

I don't know much about the past other than what people have told me so I can't say much on that. I don't know myself what is true. But I believe what Dio has told me because I have no reason not to. He's done nothing shady for me to think otherwise. In fact he's done the exact opposite. Which is what I've already said.

To sum up, Dio is not who he might have use to be. He's kind, caring, stupidly forgiving (I'm not one to talk, but I think he's even worse than me when it comes to this), strict, fair, human (makes mistakes), and honest, among other things. It upsets me greatly for people to think he's anything like what you're accusing him of being. I will repeat myself however many times is needed, and defend him however many times is needed to try and convince people of the truth about him.

As far as what I've got out of the LS: Heralds Gaiters and A. body. And that's all I've wanted. I am working on a mythic with Dio's help. He's stayed up later than he should have each time to help me with assaults. He can't give me a loan yet because I'm not far enough along. He has given someone else a loan though, who is working on their mythic. But I wont go into that.

Here, let me correct your math. First of all, my Aegis took a year from start to finish. You start saying that I finished Aegis in one day basically in this year period that I've accumulated those 3 things. Aegis I sponsored for and recycled currency a lot as I already mentioned. Honestly you even calculating those costs while completely ignoring that I didn't pay a dime of last stage of Excal or Apocalypse and paid next to nothing for Aegis is laughable because you only are using what benefits you to make your point.

Aegis: Cost me next to nothing just took a LOOONG time
Burtgang: ~110M (20M Loan from Buka I never got to pay back, getting Mashiara's splits + my own during this time.)

Apocalypse: I don't feel like looking it up but I believe its ~16 M Silvs and like 5 Jades for 1 + 2. I bought my Jades for 900K per from Sarumansos back when he had a Dynamis LS. I had 5 M Silvs I got for 1M each early on and the rest were @ 1.4~1.5 so let's say stage 1 and 2 cost me 25M being generous. Next is Bynes which cost me ~35M buying for 500K~600K per. So 60M to finish Apocalyse, not too hard.

Excal: Not gonna bother adding up the first two stages but its Bynes 2nd and Silvers First? Makes that another 20M roughly and then the 3rd > 4th stage is L Jades which I got a 45M loan for AND 16 L Jades from Izo and I still owe Izo 8 L Jades and the 45M. Try again sweetheart.

Actually iirc lance used the rest of Osiris bank when it disbanded to finsh his Burtgang. . . and to think he would have something to say. I was in Pers for about 8months~, in that time my character went from being extremely gimped to being a well geared account. This includes various r/ex plus alot of money drops. Also I was almost finsh with stage 3 to 4 to get my Aegis finished when I quit the shell(I'm sure we all know the story). If I would of stayed in Pers I could of easily finished Aegis+ 2 other relics by now with gilsplits alone.
