Request: Looking for advice.

I live in EST time zone. Life catches up to everyone, and I'm getting a job as a teacher's assistant soon working 8AM-3PM hours. (insert pedobear jokes) So while the job will help me pay off student loans, this turn of events pretty much destroys any opportunity I have with the EU shell I'm in at the moment. I am however available in the evenings, and I do enjoy playing FF for the coordinated teamwork, rewards, etc, and I've been around since 2003 NA release.

Question is, I'm looking for either a 24 hr shell, or NA evening shell that quite frankly, doesn't suck. Please allow me to elaborate what constitute as sucking.

Some Examples of Sucking:
1. not knowing how to get to event
2. not bringing meds for events
3. not understanding hate control
4. always getting f*cking aggro
5. not knowing the job abilities that your prey/NM does
et cetera.

About my character.

9 jobs @ 75, fully geared and merited (over 600), which includes:
WHM - fully merited, standard gear, very experienced
RDM - fully merited, decent gear, very experienced
BLM - fully merited, decent gear, very experienced (no morrigans)
SMN - toy job, almost fully merited. seriously does any hnm shell still use smns?
BRD - merited towards merit parties.
BLU - another toy job. fully merited
SCH - needs some merits, but fully operational
PLD - newly leveled, but have tanked everything short of AV and PW, missing w.legs
DRK - equipped for zerg with B.Z. clocked 15,000 dmg on Dyna Lord.

Random Subs:
RNG - for widescan
WAR - obvious
SAM - obvious
NIN - at 51 for random swift belt runs or w/e
DNC - 68. 10th toy job. Did it for the hot outfit

Crafts:
Fishing 75+
Cooking 91+

No Relics. Though i do have Bard attestation for some damn reason.

Have experience leading linkshell events, LS maintenance work, dkp, attendance, etc.

Disclaimer: i don't b*tch about what jobs i want to come as. Whatever it takes to get the fight won and the job done.

Full access to any part of the game, any endgame fight arena, etc etc. Have experience in all fights (minus AV and PW). Adept at strategy, improvise tactics on the fly, skillchains, etc.

My question is, are there any endgame shells left that are truly excellent and need characters like me? I'm looking for challenge and good teamwork, not "sloppy seconds".
