Windows 7 - Ethernet Controller Drivers

I have recently installed Windows 7. With that said, it can't find the drivers for my Ethernet Controller or Multimedia Audio Controller. How do I go about finding what drivers I need and where can I find them?

Would be fun if you could actually tell us if 1) it's all integrated to the motherboard

if it is we need the board model and if not we need the Ethernet and sound card model

Hmm. I have no idea. I wouldn't even know where to look on the motherboard. I know it's an MSI motherboard, but that's about it.

Dowload this program from another PC

http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

install it on the windows 7 PC and look up for the motherboard name.

Of course lots of motherboard will have a 2-3 sec screen with then Model number when you boot your PC
