Anyway, just as a quick refresher I'll do a tl;dr:

Girlfriend and I dated for 3years, her parents hate me. We borked, they rejoiced, we got back together behind their back, we decided to be friends onry, she got a new boyfriend started being a bitch, I peace'd, her parents found out and then I got arrested for harassment.

Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo................... First, the update to that situation.

I was arrested on November 17th, on January 2nd, 2010, my ex girlfriend signed on AIM. I'm the only person on her AIM so I knew she wanted to talk to me. However I kept quiet cause my court date isn't scheduled until February 12th. Anyway, she continued to sign on for a week. She would repeatedly sign on and off to get my attention and finally on the 7th of January I sent her a message after she went to bed. tl;dr: I asked her to drop charges cause I know her mom made her do it.

The following day she messages me back on AIM while I was asleep and waits 3hours for me to wake up. I wake up and we talk for about 8 hours.

What really happened as to why I was arrested (gonna be long)

When we FIRST broke up in summer 2009, her mom and her cousin (faggot 19yr old fuck i went to highschool with everyone made fun of him and he sucked at football who is a jailer now) were trying to force her into filling out a police statement for absolutely nothing. They were basically forcing her to lie to the cops because of their personal feelings. So after we got back together without them knowing (note all things prior to Jan 8th were unknown to me) and then we broke up again and her mom found out (by me) that's when her mom and cousin felt it necessary to brainwash her. So, they made her go to the police station and press charges on me. I was arrested and ultimately they said 'we have text messaging records of you harassing' that was their proof.

So now that we're talking again I found out that everything was a HUGE lie (just like I said) and they have absolutely NO EVIDENCE whatsoever. They didn't even know when they court date was set nor did they plan on having a lawyer. They honestly expected to roll in court and lie to the judge and win without anything (judges believe chicks anyway). So at first since we all know it was her mom's doing we were going to counter sue her. Well now that I know her cousin influenced her and he's the jailer (the one who processed me) we've got conflict of interest. I shouldn't have gone to jail at all it was his doing.

Anyway, to ensure my innocence, when my ex asked me to come visit her and her extremely attractive best friend I agreed. I saved every text message and phone call from the first day we talked until now. The day I went to visit her at school (300miles away) I brought a video camera and acted like I was videoing everything for fun to remember our fun trip. She had repeatedly asked me if any of this was going to show up in court in which case I said no.

Moving on. After she told me everything was her mom and cousin's fault (even though she ultimately signed the papers aka filing false police statement) we decided we were going to just try to skip court all together. That required her to write a letter and send it to the DA's office explaining everything to have to the charges dropped.

Juicy pieces. After I came home from visiting her at school she said she didn't want to talk to me anymore. (again lol glad I went prepared) However, her bestfriend and I hit it off nicely so we still talk daily. This has my ex upset and now she's bullshitting everyone. She said she sent the letter off but I'm not even sure if she did that.

Basically had this gone through and she sent to letter off I would have walked away a happy man. I would have taken the higher road in gratitude for her. However if she doesn't attempt to drop charges and she shows up in court acting like this never happened I plan to full out destroy her.

talked to my ex about everything she said everything was a lie and that she was going to send a letter to the DA's office to try and drop charges but after i went to see her when she asked shit hit the roof cause she's a dumb bitch and now her best friend i and are friends (friends only) she's being a dumb bitch again and i dont believe she sent the letters off so i'm preparing myself to destroy her in court if we have to go

My question to BG is (I googled) what are the penalties for filing a false police statement resulting in an arrest because you lied to the cops?

Going to see her was strictly for preparation. It was to ensure I had proper evidence if need be. Also she pretty much begged me to go. So your logic is beyond me. To counter your statement about how I'm the only one on her AIM, I am. She and I both know this. I have AIM logs even stating she was doing that to get my attention.

There's a funny story to this. All 3 of us chilled at a motel6 stayed up watching movies and eating oreos and milk til 6am. Went to be where my ex was in the middle. Woke up and I was cuddling to her friend. It was rather awkward to say the least.
