Damages - Season 3

Didn't see any topic about it, but Damages season 3 started this week, on Monday. I'm assuming i'm not the only fan of the show here.

How would you compare this season's premiere to the first and second? Or the new "bad guy" for this season? There seem's to be a lot, but I hope some of the things from last season aren't forgotten/answered.

I loved season 1, but never got to see season 2. Was season 2 any goood? I thought season 1 was great, but thought i'd have trouble getting into season 2.

same thing for me, got through a few episodes of season2, but just stopped lol. I probably plan on catching up sometime

I don't remember specifics, but I do remember thinking that season two was amazing. I've not yet had the chance to watch the season premiere, but the season sounds like it will be another good one from what I've read.

I'm not quiet buying that they want us to believe Patty put a hit out on Tom. Sure, he's keeping something from her (at this point), but not enough to make her want him dead. I could only see it if he was keeping other things from her, and she was feeling paranoid/betrayed (Tom being the only one who's been loyal and stayed with her so long and all), but it just doesn't sit well with me, too obvious.

I am beliving Martin Short is evil. I got the feeling he wanted Joe to have the money, that's why he let Louis (Joe's dad) poison himself, despite that little scene with Joe pouring out the alcohol.
