    Trying to remember a game...

I don't remember what this game was called but it was a puzzle/timing game where you were running a factory and you had to get certain items on the correct conveyor belt so they either combined with other items or went into the box for that item set. They game started you off with doughnuts if I recall correctly.

I'm almost sure its abandonware but I just can't find it. If anyone minds helping.

It was either on Mac (OLD MAC) or PC.

Oh man, I think I know the game, I can see it in my head. I think I played this in elementary school. An Apple II game.

Pretty much every Apple II/Apple IIgs game can be played online here: http://www.virtualapple.org/

You'd just have to look through all the lists and try to find it, which could be a huge task on its own.

I think it was newer than the apple two but I'm not sure of that. I'm not seeing it on that website either

This might give a clue... On the same computer there was a game called "Hot Dog Stand".

OH AND A GAME NAMED BLOBO!

I'm so glad a thread like this popped up, because I have one that I cannot remember for the life of me. An old Sega Genesis game.

It was a side-scroller beat-'em-up. The character sprites were huge, but the controls were awful. I remember it was one of the first "gory" games I'd played. It was in a fantasy setting; I seem to remember being a dwarf with an axe chopping off the heads of ogres or something like that.

What the hell was it called?!

I'm taking a hit here, and gonna say Splatterhouse? that's the only gory game i can remember that was like that, but the 2nd description isn't what you're describing.

No, definitely wasn't Golden Axe. I think it was an Electronic Arts game. I seem to recall the oddball cartridges they used to use, but I couldn't find anything that rang a bell from the list of Electronic Arts Games on Wikipedia.

The only things that really stood out were the god awful controls and chopping heads off of giants.

Here is one I've been wondering for years.

Trying to find the name of an SNES platformer game. Only thing I can recall about it is that the second stage was an extremely tall red tower you ran circles around trying to find the next set of ledges to jump up to to get higher, as well as some sections where you went inside to get higher or around to the other side of the tower.

It also had some mode-7 like stages in the sky which brought you over to another portion of the world map for stage selection.

One boss I recall that stood out was one with a face on both sides of the screen, and one of the moves was that they'd come together to crush you unless you manage to wall jump up to a gap near the ceiling to avoid them.

I remembered it being hard as fuck as a kid.

Glad this topic popped up. Does anyone know the name of an old platformer, I think it was for the PS1, where you played as a racoon and there were a few different items you could use. The ones that come to mind were a hang glider and roller blades. There were some boss fights and mini games as well.

didnt want to make a new thread so bumping this one for a request:

does anyone remember a game thats basically a black empty screen with a line thats moving around the screen. your objective was simple, you just draw straight lines from side to side and if you make it across without the moving line hitting your line you limit the play space for moving line.

you continue to box the line in until you have enough space covered and u win.

    ???

Qix. That shit was cash on the original GameBoy. Apparently XBLA has a revision of the title.
