wat? Where in that article does it say the woman was insanely intoxicated and stumbled into a street? In NYC I almost get hit by cars daily, and I'm not even drunk.

Also, if you know anything about insurance, regardless of what state of mind/condition the pedestrian is in, the fault will ALWAYS go to the driver.
