2.5% hit rate is 1 extra hit per 40 swings. It's 14 swings base to hit 100TP. 126TP is 18 swings. Any time you are hitting 110+ tp, that means you landed at least 1, if not more extra swings, that had no impact on your WS rate, only overflow TP. If you had 5 accuracy less, then maybe once out of every 2-3 times you hit 110+, you would have instead hit 103+. So instead of 117-112-126, you now have 112-112-126. Not really that big of a deal...the only time the accuracy matters, is when you get stuck at 98 TP (14*7), in which case Rajas would have saved the same hit, but would save that hit more often. It only matters how many attack rounds you save, and 5 accuracy will always save less, on average (I will admit there are times that 2.5hitrate can net 2 extra hits, but that is very rare).
Sorry if I'm not being clear enough....but really, accuracy is most of the time giving you overflow TP also. If anything, this is an argument for haste instead of storetp or accuracy.
