The idea is that DA checks before TA based at least on the observation that DA trait seems to overwrite Assassin's Charge (based on observed TP return after WS). For example, in the one-hit WS case, Sneak Attack + Assassin's Charge is supposed to guarantee all three hits land, but with a 201 dagger (5.5 TP base), 6 TP return may be observed with THF/WAR and one explanation for this is that DA from /WAR "overrides" the TA from AC.
If this has been shown for normal hits, then you could be more confident that DA actually precedes (overwrites) TA. I haven't found anything via search though.
I recently upgraded my Corsair's Tricone(AF Head) and want to request the original for storage purposes, will i have to re-quest the entire set, or only the weapon in order to get another hat?

GM can mostly likely site it as an exploit.
Mostly experience and minor testing. IIRC, aspir and drain cap at 100 and 300 respectively. This is modified by staff/day/weather(and a few other unique bonuses.)
If you take a main job without dark skill, and /drk and use drain on mobs outside a starter city, you're gonn get about 90-114 on your drains (assuming 114 dark skill.) If you do this with drk or blm main, you'll drain about up to ~300 depending on your skill. This stays true on all mobs without some kind of cut on drain/aspir. (Can use Elemental Seal to verify when using /drk)
Also from experience I have 16 dark magic skill merits, and close to the best dark magic skill possible. (I'm near 340 skill on BLM if I recall?) My drains/aspirs are no better than other well gear'd mages, although I do resist less sometimes.
My ascertain has always been that potency is directly based on dark magic skill, and not compared to any stat. And that accuracy is based on a dINT/Mg Acc formula that's similar to elemental/enfeeble accuracy.
Is M.Kris RNG meleeing for TP viable compared to shooting/K.Club in merits?

My husband is in bed (he speaks Japanese better than I do ^^; ), but it looks to me like it opens at 4pm JP time, and the event begins at 5pm JP time. It also seems to say it should end around 8:30 PM JP time.
Do items like the master caster bracelets work in sea/dynamis?
Does Seismic axe work for any GAxe weapon skill? Tried searching, and I find a lot of references to KJ but not RR. Any info is appreciated.
