Everyone get GM Baccanale fired. Seriously, that idiot even had the gall to say everything was working as intended when I had a memory receptacle in Pulling the Plug MELEE me and caused me to wipe. Only thing I ever had him actually do besides tell me to go to some longass complicated path in POL to write my "suggestion" was to get rid of mine bots in Mt. zahyolm, and even then it was a 50/50 thing despite them poshacking underground like it was going out of style.

Though GM Iskaldur not only treated me like a customer, they even said they would file a bug report before giving the whole crap about going through POL, and when I told them about automatons glitchy AI they said they would file a bug report over that as well, the ONLY GM that has ever said they would do that in the dozons of times I've called them over RMT or the like then mentioned it as well. Maybe soulsoother/spiritreaver AI will FINALLY have their AI fixed. maybe. If SE feels generous and not lazy for once. --;

But at least it's filed as a bug from a GM finally!

You guys are pretty shitty customers really. You can't expect SE to hire people who know how the game works. Sure you'll have a few, but the GM staff isn't going to be all FFXI experts.

Seriously, GMs have always been a laugh. And no I"m not QQing because they didn't ban someone that pissed me off. I had plenty of BS excuses from them it's not funny. Getting automated messages for not giving names when I said it was a group due to the limited amount of space to type a query. Or back when I played on PS2 and traded a Lamia Fang key to the gate to continue/restart my COR AF and having the key break but not the gate open just to get told "The game is working as intended" even after I scanned my PS2's HDD for errors and other shit.

You can't expect a construction company to hire people that know how to frame a house or lay out a foundation.You also can't expect an engineering firm to hire qualified engineers.

It's SE's bread and butter. They are damn sure required to hire people that understand the product they are supposed to be supporting. HR management 101.
