Actually numerous studies published in the last few weeks show that amurikans have stopped getting fat. Also european childhood obesity rates are practically as bad as here. I think Italy's are actually worse lol

The recipe looks good apart from the canned part of the chicken. Why can't you use some good chicken?

Actually I use a different recipe for the same buffalo chicken dip that uses real chicken breasts There's some other minor modifications too, but the dip is still awesome.

I use 2, recipe calls for 4 but you don't really need that much

Here's my version of the recipe:

4 Breast of chicken boneless, skinless [I use 2]
1 packet of Ranch dressing (make as it says on the back) [Requires 16 oz. sour cream]
12 oz of Franks red hot sauce
2 bars of cream cheese
8 oz of Monterey Jack Cheese shredded

melt the cream cheese and the ranch dressing in a pot and mix all together.
shred the chicken, and mix the hot sauce together, and then layer the cream cheese mixture on top of the chicken and hot sauce, then put the Monterey cheese and bake on 400 for 30-40 min until it's bubbling. Once you pull out of the oven mix all together, and serve with chips or celery.

I bought all of the ingredients to make this for the Super Bowl last night. Get home today and my brother ate half the bag of Tostitos I bought to go with the dip. FUUUUUUU

Nothing too story worthy going on. The wife and I might be trying to have a baby. So I'm sure all kinds of wacky hijinks will occur. Yeah back to the recipe, you don't need to use cheddar cheese. If you want some more kick throw in colby jack etc.
