I remember several servers didn't kill all the trees in time, so SE took pity on them and gave them OP warps anyway.

Midgardsormr was one of them. From what I recall, the Twinkling Treant on our server was rumored to be glitched and invincible at first, since even synchronized Astral Flows (crowning moment of awesome at the time) and lengthy waves of zombie rushes by the best Jpn players couldn't dent it's HP bar in the slightest (or maybe we all just sucked that much). By the time it was allegedly fixed, nobody cared to go after it and we ended up over-running the deadline.

When they did the Haiku festival event for the Linkshell Community, Midgardsormr just sort of puttered around, only a handful of players spamming 100's of haikus repeatedly to try to push our rank up, in a futile attempt. No pity reward this time, although the bamboo furnishings weren't all that important, and ended up in a future event anyway.

Anyone else remember walking to Jeuno from their starter nation, and feeling like it was the greatest thing ever? I remember seeing Rolanberry Fields for the first time, and falling in love with the music. I was around level 5/6.

I remember that, took a boat to Mahura, then began walking following maps by memory from allah since this was before windowed mode was possible in any shape or form. Died only a few feet from Jeuno. Thankfully one of my friends (Solaran) was in Jeuno and raised me than gave me the money to buy the maps I needed.

When I dreamed of training Marchelute to Selbina because it was the funniest shit I'd heard of in game, or how I intended to level Bst to become a hitman. Then I unlocked it, got it to 20~ and it got nerfed.

I remember learning you can solo worms by plinking them with arrows from outside of spell range... the day before they fixed it.

I remember leveling Drg to sub to Mnk because 4% Purple belt + 5% Wyvern earring just felt more awesome.

I remember when I got thf knife for 50m and thought it was a great deal.

I remember my first week in Magitek being called at 3AM because Orc God was up and they wanted to 4 man it(when Jug was 100% drop and 28m).
