My memories are nowhere near as old as most of yours, but:

1. I remember getting to the base of Delkfutt's Tower, forgetting my key and being like FUCK
2. I remember farming for weeks to get my ~1m Hauby!
3. I remember when I got asked why I was subbing SAM on DRK and why I was using Perdu Sickle when its DMG wasn't as good as the others!
4. I remember camping Simurgh for weeks because the bastard wouldn't put out. Eventually had to camp it on my own with three 2boxes and I sucked at 2boxing!

Haha, 'firsts' are always nice memories. Let's see...

I remember my first sky fights, I had to tank them on NIN/WAR because I was still in the process of leveling my /DRK. We had a lot of SAM/THFs so hate was fine and I really, really enjoyed tanking (still do).

I remember my first sky drop, the 2nd Byakko's haidate I was allowed to lot and it was like 6 AM because my LS was (still is) US-based and man I was so happy and I'm pretty sure I passed out with a grin on my face in bed.

I don't remember my first Dynamis. Thank god.

I remember my first Salvage run. Did SSR, and I got this level 35 kabuto. LS said it was the 3rd kabuto in 5 runs and I really didn't realize how big of a deal it was until LS leader (Thorny) said there were people going 0/200 on that with it being the last piece for full Usukane. Pre SSR 'buff'.

Wasn't trying to be a dick or anything, hell I could care less if I'm banned... I maybe come here once every other month just out of boredom & half the time I don't even bother to sign in, but am I the only one who misses the "old BG"? It's just so bla now a days, suppose that's cuz the game it's based on is dead/dying.
