I remember when social shells actually existed, and were the main reason why I played this game. Staying up 'til 4 am sitting in Whitegate, talking about random bullshit. That's what is was all about.

I remember playing Diablo II before FFXI and came in with the same mentality. If anyone's played Diablo II, you'd know you couldn't trust anyone, ANYONE period. Everyone on Diablo II got scammed at least once in their careers.

Remember zoning into ZiTah for the first time and going to sleep with the song/rain playing in the background. Shit was boss.

But I agree, it was pretty awesome. Being in the first set of people to see lufaise meadow, riverne, sacrarium, promy vahlz and sea was always great. You felt badass walking in a place that only a few people saw before you.

Damn, I know who you're talking about but I can't remember the name. Dude was a Hume Male and also wore it on PLD with full koenig in town.

I remember when the whole Kaythen shit storm went down and lol'd pretty damn hard because I fucking hated him anyways. Also remember thinking I was the shit by trekking to San D'Oria solo until I got beat down by Bloodtea during the first day of PS2 NA beta. Cactuar server for life or something.
