Smoked a bunch in college, never got into it after school since it wasn't someone else's money anymore (lol) and my work does random drug testing. Never thought it was that great, it was nice to smoke and relax during finals but i never felt the urge to smoke every day. I lived with guys who were huge pot smokers so I got smoked up for free a lot too :D

So this weekend I finally caved and drank beer with my girlfriend and a couple of her friends and I really don't get what its all about all I really felt was stupid to be honest and I'm not trying to troll or flame I honestly could not think and it was not a good feeling.

All I felt was my brain going faster than it ever should go... I was barely standing/functioning normally and once I laid down my thoughts just stopped.

I don't get it... What is this stuff all about? Am I missing something?

Pretty much what Ceph said. I smoked literally every night cause my roommate in school sold. My roommate would be like "Yo... Wanna play Smash?" "Sure." "Alright I'll pack the Bongarina of Time." "Ugh lol"

While I did it and it made Mario Kart and Smash Bros that much more entertaining, I never actually craved or looked forward to it like others do. Its definitely not for everyone. Also if you smoked once and you're making your judgement based on that - don't. Took me like 3-5 cyphers before I actually felt anything (I smoked cigarettes before this, so inhaling wrong wasn't my problem. Sometimes that is that case though. First timers - I recommend a brownie.) . Was pretty good shit too. lol

I don't like smoking until I'm hysterical, although I had to get to that point until I could just smoke and be more relaxed (which is what I like.)

If you're really looking to get goofed, try drinking and smoking a lot at the same time. I couldn't stop shaking some part of my body for the rest of the night, I felt like I had parkinsons or something. It also felt like time was going by in small, uniform chunks. I even woke up all wiggly still, but that went away about 5 mins after.

I had a situation where I was so stoned I thought the pot might have been laced. I was seeing shit. I was at a friends house and there were friends of friends etc(Think I've told this before.), One of the friends, Steve, was crushing on my friend Bree. He had almost been stalking Bree. He would call all of us and ask what shes doing and what she thinks about him etc, shit was getting creepy.

Anywho, we're getting stoned and Steve hits the bong. He had already been pretty drunk and the pot just layered on top. After smoking we head upstairs. I went in search of another one of my friends. The house we were in was pretty big. I had wandered into the kitchen where I found Steve behind the kitchen island staring at Bree beating his dick vigorously. Kind of taken back, I was like "Steve?" and he jumped up and pulled up his pants, ran over to Bree and started saying shit like "Sorry if you think I'm going to rape you." and "If you wet yourself and start peeing all over yourself, its okay, there's no shame." To make it worse, I had called a friend to come pick Steve up and take his ass home. Said friend called Steve and was like "LOLOL YOU WERE MASTURBATING IN SOMEONES KITCHEN" and he FREAKS SHIT. Meanwhile I have no way of leaving so I'm stuck here with this guy who is like freaking the fuck out, seriously drunk, high, and talking about raping my friend. I thought for sure he was going to kill someone, and I've never been more stoned in my ENTIRE life.

I'll probably get flamed for this too, but weed just isnt cool. There is nothing special about it. Ive also heard that smoking weed is about 10x more hazardous to your lungs than smoking cigs (not that I would smoke cigarettes anyways).

Ive had a few friends fuck up their lives cause smoking weed and drinking was much more important to them than going to school and getting a decent job. Now they are going to go through life as losers.

OP, did you actually inhale? I think most people who don't get high their first time are just sucking on it without actually breathing in or something.

I find it enjoyable, but not enough to justify the price so I pretty much only do it when offered. Total stoners and sXe "high on life" people are equally as annoying.
