Okay here's the deal.. bacon for breakfast or on its own can't be fucking limp. That's called UNDERCOOKED. The problem is cooking it too much - and you'll know it when that happens cuz it'll taste kinda like burnt popcorn and it'll turn to fucking grit in your mouth.
If you're using bacon as a seasoning in your cooking tho, that's a different story. Chances are it's gonna remain chewy anyways because there will be moisture in whatever you're trying to season (seafood, chicken, sauces etc.). In most cases it won't matter 'cuz you'll be cutting it up into small pieces.
