His gear isn't that bad. Granted it's not what I'd call good by any means, but he has the right idea at least on the whole.

Weapon: Kinda shite.
Grip: Needs a Pole Grip but not an abysmal choice
Ranged/Ammo: Needs something here but if on a budget, Sting is quite expensive. Smart Grenade would be good.
Head: Fine.
Neck: Needs Chiv, not a terrible stand-in though.
Earrings: Good
Body: Good
Hands: Other than Okotes, these are ideal. If this is his first job or so, Okotes are hard to obtain.
Rings: At least it's not dual STR rings or something crappy.
Back: Second behind only the new backpiece I think... can SAM wear that?
Waist: If Swift, good.
Legs: Good
Feet: Fumas, price again etc

He looks like he's on a budget, but he could do far worse.
