If you mean Laoric, the WAR, nah. I've done pickup Nyzul with him a before, and he used almost that exact gear. Said he had a Runic Key, but didn't understand how to do lamps, specified enemy, etc. floors. Good times.

The Proc rate on the "Added Effect: Elemental Damage" for the Fey Weapons is really high, probably 75%~ =0
