iirc, her thesis involves moral responsibility, mitigation, and compromised agency. Also has a slight focus in Artificial Intelligence.

tbh most of it is just dedication and hard work. I didn't even get particularly good grades through university... (like I think my "weighted average mark" was around 78% or something which is pretty awful for a PhD program -- but I got really good marks in third year and my honours year which was when I actually started doing philosophy so they sort of looked past the concessional passes in like biochemistry).

I'd love to go work at somewhere like the Berkman Centre in Harvard but I doubt it'll ever happen

but my idea is really cool and they should totally take me!!

(they rejected my app for a fellowship but since then i've discovered that usually only seasoned people get accepted there lol)

It's more personal info security than anything. A habit of using /b/ for a long time.
I don't put much info about myself online, so I especially don't do it with others.

I'd never have put a picture of the thesis up for example, even if you fuzzed out the name and university, a search of the title would still find that info.

Yeah, I found that out in primary school when I signed up for a penpal in the US and the penpal company sent me an official letter addressed to "CATHERINE FUCK". I mostly find it amusing, lol.
