    burn to a CD and then set your bios to boot from that CD, let me know if that works for you, mine isnt working but it maybe my CD drive

    edit: not working in a virtual machine either, let me try redownloading, ill test before i upload it this time...

    yeah, not sure what's going on, i'm having a major issue getting the entire file, you may be better off reformatting/reinstalling as it will be a lot faster than this issue i'm having

    Sounds like that's the best course of action, I'll get started on that and give you an update on what's going on. I had reformatting and getting this stuff back up to spec, but my fault for not reinstalling my AV software.

    I reformatted and reinstalled Windows XP, it took long and was a bit tedious, but it did the trick. I think the virus came from Facebook as my GF uses this machine quite often to browse that site and I didn't discover the virus until she got off the computer before heading off to work.
