Google searches being redirected.

Simple searches on google redirect me to pages with ad's, I'd have to return and then reopen the page to get to where I'm going. Guessing I have some sort of spyware, I run daily scans with AVG so not sure what happened.

Chances are it's a DNS poisoning attack, and your searches arent actually going through google. Check your C:\Windows\etc\drivers\hosts.txt file, if there's a line in there that says "google" delete it, save, and you should be good.
