Oh my god, seriously? Drop 200 HP, gain 200, fill the rest with Enmity gear (you should pretty much be able to used capped Enmity gear on the cure, counting shared Enmity and HP gear). You're stating that someone should use 400 HP+ gear, they then lose Enmity in several slots. Which cure is going to pull more hate?

I'll give you that, I wasn't really concidering what would be in the non-HP altering slots.

You don't need to list them cause if you did in your head you'd realize the ratio is basically 5 to 1 in favor of Joyeuse, which is why its usually frowned upon when someone say, fulltimes Haute for just about everything cause its "oo shiny".

The issue I have is that not me or anyone here said that haut is used MORE than joy-toy. The issue here is people act like it has 0 use. Some of us have LS's that can camp/kill Khim so we don't have to pay for it. And outside of Burt, haut is the best sword for certain (although limited) situations.

If I was posting a "gear set" i'd have posted it in that forum with multiple sets for different situations. I did not do that because the post was for D ring and to thank my LS and many of the server.

last time I checked no one offering 200m for d ring on cerb. So, no I didn't imply anything about what is "better".

Still, If I could trade my D ring for a mele relic (not including excal), I would not do it. I have a feeling many plds would feel the same way. (ofc not everyone)

I tanked blm/nin (only kinda joking) before i was nin/drk before i was rdm/nin before i was pld/nin. I expect the balance will shift again and actually don't mind that.

Meh. In this person's opinion, all but one of those tanks are useless outside a handful of fights- half of which most end-game players don't participate in.

I'll give you three guesses as to which of the four matters, but I doubt you'll need the superfluous chances.

I wasn't happy with my rdm on a couple fights so I leveled pld for them. I don't necessarily disagree though. I by no means invented rdm tanking but i remember when I was gearing/learning it was always lolrdmtank from our aegis plds. It took awhile for people to accept it. You don't have to convince me.
