Bandwagon PUP rush. Means there's a lot of noobs out there going to be leveling PUP, meaning a piece of gear that looks good will be camped the shit out of. But that's just how I see it.

I know, and I'm not going to pull the "Not everyone has access to Salvage" card because if you can't do basic endgame you probably shouldn't play. I'm no PUP but I don't think I would fault somebody for getting those as an item to hold them over until they could get usukane due to salvage drop rates. Same with the Barbarossa
