Khim's TP moves are pretty horrible, and Tenebrous Mist will often negate any benefit you gain from your own TP gain.

Granted most of the Khims I have done are lowman so probably somewhat biased here. That said, most Khims I have done I have also been on RDM so ...

Really not a fan of Khim's TP moves though. Shouldn't really matter if you have a substantial alliance but since it doesn't have any TP regain, not feeding it much is a really significant change to the pace of the fight.
