Hate to say I sorta side with the woman... Sounds so wrong what she is doing, yet it really seems like the right thing to do.

still that is one odd way about fixing a problem. thinking outside the box she is.

Except it doesnt really fix or address the underlying problem of addiction and lack of good support for these folks.

bolded for emphasis. It indicates that there is a choice here. Someone decides to either use long term contraception or they would choose to be sterilized. As long as it is the person recieving the 300$ that getting to choose, i see no problem with what she is doing.

I also think that NAPW are doing the same thing most people on this forum are doing. Its a reading comprehension thing. They arent just sterilized, they have the option between sterilization and long term contraception.

Long term contraceptioon and sterilization are not the same thing.
