Dump Problems with Outlook Express

Ok my dad has outlook express for his emails and refuse to change to outlook, which is fine i guess.

The problem is that Outlook makes some .pdf files joint with the email dissappear.

HEre is what happens

I already uncheck the box "block joint files possible to contain viruses"

So when my dad received pdf files the mini symbole to show that the email have some attachement.

What i did to semi resolve the problem is that i went into edition > disposition and Hide the header visualisation.

So now my dad actually receives PDF but he wants the header too.

Any advice?
