    Psychics were ridiculous in Gen1; and to be honest I really don't think adding in the Dark type helped balance the power gap even in Gen2.

    What's the meta like these days anyway? I remember people loling at me using a Swellow then it proceeded to drop a Tangrowth and Vaporeon instantly with Facade.

    Meh I thought dragon types were stronger than alakazham atleast in Gen 1.

    Any special tank or pokemon with a high HP pool could counter Alla, e.g. Chansey, Snorlax or Slowbro. You guys are obviously out of if you seriously think Alla dominated the meta. Mewtwo obviously, but he was uber.
