Wooooooooooooow. USA got a way better entrance than I thought we would. Crowd went ballistic.

Canada got the best entrance though IMO, lol.

Wahoo! There is only hockey! I can't wait til the games start. They're going to show the hockey games on big screens downtown and I'm going. It'll be awesome.

Parade was nice, but they didn't show a single shot of Sidney Crosby, which made me sad.

American network was wierdly 2 minutes behind the Canadian network.

The fact that we managed to kill a Georgian so quickly should really say everything you need to know about trying to compete against Canada.

Stupid BS aside, I'm really caring less about the Olympics than I thought I would. Maybe it'll pick up in time for ice hockey, because if nothing else seeing Luongo playing for Team Canada will be fun. Hopefully his talents will be put to better use than with the Canucks.
