Graphics =/= art style. You guys don't like the style, that doesn't correlate to how good the graphics are.


Plus WoTLK zones look awesome compared to vanilla WoW.


And the style never bothered me for some reason. I think because even if they are "cartoony" they make sense, in that it flows with everything else in the game. That's just me though.

for the sake of argument though wow does have pretty plain graphics. the game came out in like what, 2004? 6 years past, they hardly tinkered with the graphics engine. some of the effects look cool but its not because of the intensity of the graphics, its just the design of the actual ability/thing you like. otherwise, the game has a very modern and 'simple' graphical design

btw, Tales of Eternia was only the 3rd game in the series, it only gets better from there.
