this One is by far the most beautiful and realistic looking CG-movie thus far.
This Movie is made from one Person. amazing

Skilled...
This guy is obviously is skilled but he is a bad guy. I would mostly compliment him on his rendering and compositing.
Whilst watching this (and making others who do CG watch this) there was definitely the thought that this was most amazing for the work of one person. The way it ran on in length it became even more impressive. This is alot of work to do in CG. Solo.
And the credits roll and he only credits himself, as the post linking it suggested he would. Then we started guessing how much work it would be for one person to create all the assets and put this together (the numbers were high).
Then we watched the "making of" link.
He downloaded a model of a library from google. He copied and pasted it. Modelling is a both an artistically and technically skilled process that takes time and effort.
He went to a site which sells textures. He downloaded his textures. Painting textures is a process that can take as long as painting any painting ever... good ones require a very good artist.
Looking for more information showed he did some modelling using blueprints as his base concept art for some other shots. Once again, concept art for CG is a time consuming and skilled process (though in this case the artist would have been an architect).
Check his credits again. He claimed all the work. He did not do all the work.
I can't complain about the result he got from compositing as it was good (though he used many bought plug-in tools with presets for the most of it).
Sure he piddled around with the textures, layering a few together and adding some randomisation in an artistic and visually savvy way. But let's not pretend someone else's textures are yours. Neither are someone else's models.
This guy should have referenced his sources. He used work that creatively belonged to at least 5 other people, most likely many more. If this was an academic piece he would likely lose all credibility by claiming all credit (especially when showing a video that proves he lied).
I was pretty disappointed on the thousands of comments on his videos offering no questions on this subject.
TLDR: Plagiarism
This shit wouldn't fly in science, why in techincal arts?
