I liked season 2, but I was really young during that and watching Roger and Elizabeth almost hook up (maybe they didn't but it's funny to think about) was fantastic.

Spoiler: show
It's hard not to root for the villains. There are a couple heroes I think are cool, but the villains side just has so many interesting characters.
I missed most of season 15 of Amazing Race. Holy fuck, that Mika broad is retarded.
"Do Muslim clocks work differently?"
what the fuccccccccck.
This very much so. Personality-wise, the villians have the heroes beat big time.
Spoiler: show
That black guy seems like a grade A retard based on what I've seen of him. I've never seen him in the other survivors so I don't know if he is always that dumb.
Spoiler: show
Jordan from Big brother, and this girl are awesome reasons to watch Amazing Race

I meant a finishable challenge, the challenge last season was set up so one team would be knocked out, like musical chairs. It was inevitable. This season they *could* have finished the challenge but weren't able to because of their own issues. Poor guy though, he was totally beat trying to get across that rope.
Looking forward to Sunday's episode. I'm rooting for the grandmother/granddaughter to make it through.
Just finished watching Survivor.
Boston Rob was totally faking that faint and the bad melodramatic acting was awful. He got cooler towards the end though, where he took control of the challenge and whooped the Heroes butts.
I like James but looks like he's going to lose control next week. He was completely right about their total lack of teamwork in the challenge.
Why does it seem like the men on Survivor have more personality than the women? The women are often just interchangable bikini clad idiots, except for a couple like Jerri and Cirie.
I really don't think Russell will make it very far. The people he's dealing with are a lot cannier than the morons he had last season. He looks like he's out of his depth in this season completely. A bit starstruck? Who can be starstruck by the "stars" of Survivor? (Of course, then again, I did start a thread about them)
I feel like this season the whole "we need his strength" isn't going to fly. Maybe not though.
You are right on the money with the women. With the exception of Jerri, I have barely even noticed what the other women have been doing.
I was cheering for the Grandma/daughter combo to, but when they were at the farm Grannie was all 'la la la oh look at the pretty chickens' slow and shit, so yeah sad to see them booted.
I thought same thing. The whole time I kept saying "Grandma get a move on!" The granddaughter seemed like the sort of person who takes everything in life at half speed too.
The cowboys, however, were smooth as ice throughout the entire leg. I think I'll bandwagon onto cheering for them now. The black moms/attorneys are okay as well.
The gay brothers can get lost, don't like them, think they're idiots.
Are the two brothers both gay? I thought only one of them were...
At the moment, I don't have any favorite teams, just a lot of teams that I don't like...
So far Survivor has been pretty much crap to me lately. I was hoping Russel would get voted off first to pretty much shatter his ego, however the Heros are don't a pretty bad job so far.
Wonder if James is next in line for getting kicked of next, his tribe doesn't seem too fond of him.
Go team Jeff and Jordan!
LOOOL Villains got raped
I missed the first two episodes of this edition of Survivor, but tonight IMO was a great starting point. Seeing that villains tribe at council was so worth it..
.. and you KNOW that Russell's went & stole the machete just to fuck with people's minds. That dude's such a twisted ass but I love it.
Last night's Survivor challenge was awesome. I was sad to see Randy go, he always made for a good quote or two. James won the fan favorite prize each of his last two seasons; this year, I think he's completely gone the opposite direction. EW's write-up keeps mentioning steroids, and at first I thought it was a joke, but now I'm starting to put some credence to the theory. He's out of his gourd.
Just one this season. Last season had the two gay brothers. No idea which one is which, though, at least name-wise.
Seems like every season has a gay couple anyway ;o
