The Montgomery Biscuits are the shit. I went to one of their games back when Evan Longoria was there.

I usually just do Standing Room then go grab a table at Harry the K's. Plop down for the whole game, splitting a tab between 4-5 of us.

I enjoyed pretty much the entire game. Larry was pretty funny in the 9th or 10th when Flande gave up the lead and a bunch of jamshots/bloops/fistjobs, "Put those 5 hits together and they might have a line drive!"

Any idea if the Phillies.com game tomorrow is video or just audio? Hoping it's free as well... The MLB.com games were free to listen to one day and asked for a subscription when I looked recently.

If it was just me with some friends standing room would be fine, but I'm looking to bring the wife, 1.5 yo daughter, and my dad to a game. I know my dad would want a normal seat and I'm not sure a young kid would work anywhere but normal seats.

I talked to my uncle today, who is a full 81 game season ticket holder, and he said he has a friend that could get me almost any game I want for face value, so I'll just go that route if need be.

Its on TV on the MLB Network tomorrow. I tried to stream the audio from today's game from MLB.com and I got the subscription thing too. I guess it was just a few day long promotional thing. I thinks it kinda bullshit you have to pay for the audio stream but whatever.

I was going to question whether or not the Yankees radio will have it then I realized I'd be listening to the their announcers.

If Joe Buck and Tim Mcarver aren't even Yankees announcers and I couldn't stand them... How am I supposed to like the Yankees announcers?!

Actually I don't like them either. Sterling is horrible at describing what's going on, Waldman's voice is omfg-annoying. Even on YES... I hate Michael Kay, I don't like Paul O'neill's voice, John Flaherty is... eh. I like Kenny Singleton.

To be honest I think the Mets have the best broadcast crew

Brian Anderson or whatever his name that did Phillies NLDS showed pretty much no emotion. Of course you're all aware of my constant bitching of how the TV announcers sucked in the post season.

This is why i loved Skip Caray and Joe Simpson when the Braves were still on TBS. Most of the time they weren't even talking about baseball. Personally, when i'm watching baseball on TV, i don't need pitch by pitch calls. It's prolly cause i grew up watching Phil Rizzuto calling games on WPIX. They would show replays of homeruns and you'd here Phil shout "holy cow he hit another one", not realizing it was a replay.

I know i'm jinxing it but damn, Braves won 86 games with McCann leading the team with 21 hr's and 94 rbi's. I can't see them being that bad on offense this year. Now, can we make up for the loss on Vasquez is my concern.

Joe Nathan needs Tommy John surgery. That fucking blows for the Twins. He could be done.

That and did you see Heyward's bomb? Just holy shit at that kid. Comparisons of him and other greats coming in left and right. I really hope he starts in the majors this year, sort of like Schafer last year, only he does way better. If McCann has another great year, and Glaus is at least a little productive.. not to mention Wagner, Saito, and Hudson stay healthy, we could have a dangerous team. Obviously those are huuuge ifs, so we'll see, but I wanna see what Heyward can do against big league guys.
