I'm slightly annoyed Votto didn't make it, since he really should be the starter.

I'm also shocked Manuel went with Bourne and Meeks instead of Oswalt and McCutcheon.

And yeah I'll admit it Howard shouldn't have made it, but thats how it goes when your manager gets to fill out the roster.

On the same note as Votto, Reds have former #1 pick Yonder Alonso who's a 1B only who has a .713 OPS in the minors, can't bring him up because Votto's been our MVP for several years (and is a candidate for nl mvp this year).

Not really a good problem to have. I wonder if they'll consider moving him for an ace pitcher or something. Votto hasn't had any injury issues and when he's missed time due to injury (illness last year, a few games this year with neck stiffness) they don't call up Alonso.

Well yeah, him, Utley (even though he's hurt AND having a crap year by his standards), Heyward, and what not have all been the product of fan voting moreso than others.. but I honestly do not get Infante. I mean..why? He doesn't have nearly the at-bats or large sample size. Jesus Christ. Should have put Billy Wagner on there instead of leaving him as a 'last 5' vote.
