Idk. I'm as annoyed and sick of his crap as you guys but he is still a really talented player. He is second among qualifiers at SS in UZR, and he was hitting for a higher average in June(albeit an empty average). Maybe the new manager will reach him.

If the Braves ever got a decent bat they'd be a force. Their pitching has clearly carried them, along with a great bullpen. Some power added to the middle of the lineup to help Glaus and McCann (and Heyward when he comes back) would make them a legit WS contender IMO.

Yeah, whenever I look at the lineup I wonder how we have won so many games. Prado has been a huge part of it, he definitely deserves some MVP consideration. It's possible the front office is a little gun shy of making a huge trade after the Teixeira debacle, but who knows.

Well they are missing 2 of their best bats and the projected starting lineup has only played together 5 times all year.

Once they get healthy they'll be fine...but in the mean time they need to pick up an infielder/righty bat because the Dobbs/Castro/Valdez combo is stinkin up the lineup (save a few very clutch hits). Plus Dobbs stinks at 3rd.
