This is the second game we've lost in the last week that we should've had, but Wagner's gotten cold.

Marlins bullpen is going to be in overtime this weekend with Chris Volstad tentatively coming back from AAA on 3 days rest for Sundays game. Anibal needs to have a quality start tomorrow if we have hopes of sweeping the division leader and pushing us up on the Wild Card standing.

Wood was a little roughed up in comparison to his other starts. 4 ER, including a 2 run jack in the 6th. And the Reds score the winning runs just in time for him to not get the win.

As terrible as that was, they actually did a bases loaded pitch out to try and get him. Pretty ballsy call that I'm sure caught Ortiz by surprise. It's certainly not a valid excuse as he really shouldn't have been caught napping there, but it wasn't just a random snap throw to 3rd.
