The Rangers top three prospects is probably an offer that wouldn't be matched by anyone. Fuck off, Texas.According to MLB.com's Joe Frisaro, the Rangers were willing to offer their top three prospects, but were told the Marlins' ace is "unmovable."

I mean, I know Mauer is going to be there for the next 10 years anyway, but Ramos and a couple of B prospects probably could have gotten Cliff Lee.... I know Capps is under control but that really doesn't make any sense to me.
