gg Wagner.
I know I havn't posted in this thread in...well, ever. But god damn do i need to vent somewhere.
Fuck you Wagner
Fuck you Moylan
Stop blowing shit up.
You are now returned to your regularly scheduled thread.
Phils playing really well with a patchwork team...and only a game back now. Can't wait to see them when they're healthy again.
Yep. Hanson pitched well outside of the first (which wasn't so terrible, but still a careless first run given up) and then Wags and Moylan can't hold a lead.

Thank you Wagner
Thank you Moylan
Keep blowing shit up (while playing the Giants).

Haven't looked at any stats but do you mean throughout the season or just last night's game? Wags came in and shut everyone down for Boston last year for the couple months he was here, though I guess that's not much of a sample size. Would probably be different if we'd had him for a whole season and not just claimed him on waivers.
How the fuck are the Phillies within one game of first place in the NL East, after the year they've had so far? Jesus.
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL, so to eat a bad contract, the Mets have released one of their more valuable club house personalities.
"The Mets have released Alex Cora and demoted Jesus Feliciano to the minors, tweets Adam Rubin of ESPN New York. Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports first reported (via Twitter) that Cora would be "bumped" from the major league roster in order to make room for Ruben Tejada. Feliciano's demotion clears a spot on the roster for Fernando Martinez.
As David Lennon of Newsday points out (via Twitter), by releasing Cora, the Mets avoid seeing the 34-year-old's 2011 option vest. Cora needed to play in just 18 more games to trigger the $2MM option."
Now they brought up Tejada which means castillo has to take a seat on the bench, and now we get to see more of Fmart on an already crowded outfield. Thanks Minaya, this will definitely help sell some tickets!
Berkman hits a line drive in BP. Nails ARod, who gets helped off the field and is out of the lineup.
Sir Lancelot you are not.
Yeah, hit him in the shin.
and somehow it tore his labia.
God damn the Rays are really sucking again.
Today the bats are actually doing okay and the pitching has now given up 14 runs in 6 fucking innings...I mean what the fuck.
Edit: although 6 hits is hardly "great." Longoria continues his struggles, guy has not been good at all the last couple months. We have like one guy batting over 300 now, how awful for a team trying to win a championship.
The Blue Jays are probably the best bad team in the bigs.
Better than Cincinnati for sure.
No doubt, they are a great team that is unfortunately in by far the toughest division in baseball.
Gunna be the 4th loss in a row for the Rays though, they are so streaky. Guess that happens when you are overachieving like they are though. 3rd in the majors in RBI and 23rd in batting avg lol.
Just Cordero.
Arroyo is due for one of those starts where he gets shelled for 10 runs in the first inning!
