Phillies are usually pretty inept against young pitching, but Jurrgens usually shits all over them. Somebody on CSN SportsNet they said that the only way this could be worse is if they were up against a Japanese lefty who throws knuckleballs. They got lucky as far as I'm concerned. Mike Minor should give them fits tomorrow too since he's a lefty they've never seen before. Cole Hamels is a double play machine tonight.

I was being sarcastic because he had an easy catch there for him that "supposedly" the Phillies turned a gigantic fans on to blow it just off the tip of his glove. They also use it to knock down HR balls of opposing teams to keep them in the park.

Wow. Really? It's not like it's hard to figure out when you have three legit stud #1 starters, lol. It's the best 1-2-3 punch in the league right now by far. So don't be silly. I know Phillies fans aren't used to having more than one #1 guy, or hell.. more than one #2 guy in their rotation, but jeez. D:

and yes I'm jealous as fuck. Wish Atlanta had that. Sadly, all they have is a #1, a couple #3s (with Hanson possibly 2 stuff when he's on), and a couple #4/5s.

As far as what 'my' GM said.. I ain't got control over what they say, lol. I think it's a bandbox, but I"m not gonna blame that on winning or losing. They've had it for a good while and only just really started winning a few years ago, so eh. I'm happy you guys finally got some pitching though.. wish it weren't going to kick Atlanta's ass in the last season for Bobby, but eh.

As far as giving up the second most in the league..who? Phily? If so, yeah. 161 by ESPN's stats, Braves give up the second least at 118ish.
