Fair enough, I only watch them when they play Philly. I guess most of their wins come in the form of walk-offs then?

If they win on the road, lol. If they weren't retardedly good/lucky at home, they wouldn't be anywhere near where they are now based on their road play.
Atlanta is just such a great city that being anywhere else is jarring for the team.
Phils have 10 men left on base through 5 innings. They must really want to lose this game.
Nice HR there for Freeman. A shame that's all that's been good tonight.
Mediocre at best.
That was an ugly win, but I'll take it.
division race over, lol
See you guys in the NLCS.
Not to sound like a smug prick, but it would probably be best for the Braves if the Phillies clinched before the final series. The Phillies will rest the big 3 and probably play all their September call ups the whole series, making it easier for the Braves to win the wild card.

(DOUBLE POST)
Such an amazing Phillies/Braves games. I really love these. Bandbox or not, both pitching staffs (Well Oswalt vs the Braves staff) has done amazing, and a great catch by Infante. A shame the Braves offense just can't do anything.
What i don't understand is, since Nate has started being his old self again since coming back, why is he not playing CF so Hinske can get starts in LF instead of the terrible Ankiel?
I think his playing time being decreased has coincided with the lack of run production.
I just can't stand watching Ankiel and Melky getting starts over Hinske/Diaz.
Rauuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuulll has been killing it lately.
lol... that's embarrassing yeah?
Great game. A shame Atlanta didn't come out on top, but what can ya do. I agree on the Hinske note too. I hated the Ankiel move to begin with.. and Melky wasn't terrible, but Hinske needs to be back in there.
I made 2 bets that may come back to bite me because the Phillies are doing well. I bet a friend some money (hammered, before the season started) that Halladay would get 22 wins. And while he really should have more than that, I know almost for certain I'll lose that one because I doubt they're going to let him go enough innings in his next 2 projected starts to be on the hook for a win. The other bet I made him (again drunk, when the Yanks started struggling and the Phillies started surging) is that the Phillies will finish with a better record than the Yankees. Now I stand a shot at this one, but since the Yankees are in a tighter race they'll be playing harder in their last few starts.
Still woulda been nice to see Halladay get like 25 wins though. And have a buncha extra cash.
