    One word: Embarrassment.

However, I'm still optimistic about the series. Perhaps I'm just being a homer but I think this club can put together a nice streak here in Arlington. Only time will tell.

Time to hold serve at home. Won't be shocked if we go to a three man rotation now.

Wash seriously needs to pull his head out of his ass and figure out how to work a bullpen. Eighth inning was flat out inexcusable.

But man...if only we had Barry Zito pitching instead of CJ Wilson

Any and all accomplishments that Wilson had don't count for anything because he was in a big ballpark, with no DH, and wasn't facing an AL East team.

I would say CJ's accomplishments against the Giants wouldn't count because Cain flat out out-pitched him, but hey be a douche!

What makes you think we want CJ "Walker, Texas Ranger" Wilson on the Yankees?

I think he meant Brian Wilson. Since you know, CJ's beard isn't quite as epic.

CJ has that unsightly scruff, and we will never need a closer since Mariano is an immortal being who doesn't age

Yankees have invested millions in cloning and currently have 3 Rivera clones at various ages across Panama. Mo just gotta last until the first one is old enough to pitch professionally.

I hated to think this but it's looking more and more like the Yankees were just that bad rather than the Rangers being that good

Or... Cliff Lee was uncharacteristically bad (which was bound to happen considering he was 7-0 in the postseason with a minuscule ERA) and then the Rangers bullpen (that was bad against the Yankees too) blew up again in Game 2. I don't think it reflects on the Yankees at all, it's baseball.
