I remember when walk up songs were similar to what closers use, to intimidate the fuck out of the opposing team. When you hear Enter Sandman or Hells Bells come on, you know whose coming out. The Shaft Theme for Bonds was also entertaining and fit for Bonds.

Chase Utley uses Kashmir by Zeppelin, and it's absolutely perfect for intimidation purposes.

Last year Carlos Ruiz used Turn My Swag On by Soulja Boy, I don't know if he's still using that but I hope not.

Two things about Phillies fans.

First of all, you guys apparently are amazing at catching baseballs. Remember last year, when that guy made an amazing catch and gave it to his daughter (who promptly threw it back)?

tl;dr couple of unruly fans harassing people, off-duty cop is there with his 11 year old daughter, reports one of the douches to ushers who throws him out. Other guy comes up behind the cop and his daughter, sticks his fingers down his throat and projectile vomits on them. Cop then beats the shit out of the guy, helped by other fans in the area. Wtf is wrong with people!

I've heard like 20 different variations of the story, though many of them include that the man who vomited was punched by the cop first. On the radio today they had eyewitnesses call in and claim totally opposite things, so honestly I have no clue what happened except that a person vomited on an off-duty cop and his kid. This is only going to exacerbate Philly fan's bad image, great.

The cop probably hit him first, but won't admit it so the guy can't turn around and sue him. I imagine half the people are lying for the cop because frankly he was justified in beating the shit out of the guy.

I don't disagree with you, I just wish that they would figure it out so there's some sort of uniform story, since everything right now is based on hearsay and possibly-fradulent eyewitness.

Philadelphia continues the proud tradition of douchebaggery. I've never once had a problem at a Phillies game, but the extreme stories that always come out of the city will always make it seem so rowdy.

Philly has actually settled down since the Vet closed, but our reputation precedes us. In the case of younger fans, and I assume Bozo is around my age, literally.
