Haha. Yeah, so true. But who knows how things will go down. I just think it's time he moved on.

Oh for sure. I can see KC probably taking him, but lol.
I could see the Giants picking him up actually, they could use a big bat in that lineup. Stick him at first or use him off the bench. Who plays first for them now, Big Panda? Send him to third!
Sandoval is at third already with Huff at 1B and Huff is >>>>>> Ortiz. Ortiz is terrible, and a DH for a lousy team at best.
Ah, yeah I forgot about Huff. Oh well.
Holy shit, i fell asleep watching the Pens game and i just saw the walk-off. I loved the silent treatment. Don't think i've ever seen one on a walk-off.
Our offense is showing their true colors now. Every pitcher from here on out is going to turn into a Cy Young contender for the one night they play us. I have a feeling that we're going to be lucky to finish second in the division. I don't see any way for us to meet or exceed the 88 wins we had last year.
Luckily there's going to be several power hitting first basemen on the market this offseason and we could graduate Thomas Neal, Brandon Crawford, and of course Buster Posey; next year looks pretty promising.
If this keeps going the way it is, I can see Posey coming up early and doing something creative to get him in. Losing DaRosa and Rowand in back to back days really screwed things up for us.
Yeah, Posey was playing first quite a bit in Spring Training. I can see them doing something like have Posey catch twice a week and then make 2 starts a week at first. I was a proponent of doing whatever it takes to get him in the lineup everyday. Albert Pujols started at 4 different positions his rookie year. When you have a bat that's special enough, you do whatever it takes to get it in the lineup.
The only issue is how. Huff has been a pleasant surprise. Any first baseman that can leg out an inside the parker gets an A in my book, and he's been one of the few who hasn't been retarded on the basepaths. He could use a few more RBI, but for 3mil, he's been worth it.
Don't forget about Freddy Sanchez, with him and Rowand and DeRosa all back in the lineup, our base-hitting game will be back in full force, and as long as huff keeps on hittin those doubles, we are in excellent shape.
I like Freddy Sanchez. He's a great defender but I don't think his bat gets enough credit, he's a singles/doubles machine.
Also the Reds just hired Joe Morgan as a special advisor. Joe and Dusty on the same team? They might as well bulldoze the ballpark.
DeRosa has been highly disappointing all season so far and Aaron Rowand is quite possibly one of the worst performing center fielders in all of baseball. If he never comes back, you won't hear me complain.
The situation with Freddy Sanchez is interesting because Juan Uribe has been our only consistent bat this year besides Pablo and he's been super clutch as well. I don't want to take him out of the lineup, but I know that Bochy will never do the right thing which would be to sit Renteria on his bloated ass for the rest of the season and play Franchez at second and Uribe at short. The only thing that I am certain is that Bruce will make the worst decision possible (whatever that is) and when he fails he'll find someway to blame it on one of our young kids.
Don't be silly Ceph, he can ask Jon Miller for advice.
According to Jayson Stark, no team in the last 60 years have blown a 3 run shutout in the 9th inning on back to back home runs and go on to lose the game.
Zambrano to be used in the bullpen starting friday, loooool
Haha, wow. $20 million reliever.
Hey, renteria, while he has cooled off the last couple of days, has been a lot better then last year when he played hurt all year.
Are you kidding me? No ESPN or SS for Atl/Phi?
